Job summary

Great Lakes Water Authority is seeking a Management Professional – CMMS to support the WRRF Director of Maintenance. The role focuses on accurate CMMS data entry, QA/QC on work orders and POs, and CI projects, along with budgeting, planning, scheduling, and procurement support.

The incumbent will review data, identify improvements, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficient, data-driven processes. A valid driver’s license is required and benefits follow eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with CMMS experience.
• 3+ years of CMMS experience; or 5+ years with associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment data in CMMS and ensure data QA/QC.
• Review and enter data from capital and O&M projects.
• Identify process improvements in data management and related areas.
• Advise and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
• Prepare CMMS reports and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on cost estimates and quotes.
