Job summary

GrabAGun is seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of email and SMS communications for firearms and e-commerce channels. This on-site role in North Dallas/Farmers Branch will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Catalog, Purchasing, and Creative teams to drive engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in email/SMS marketing, strong copywriting, and deep knowledge of high-volume e-commerce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email, SMS, lifecycle, CRM, or e-commerce marketing.
• Experience with firearms industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Listrak is strongly preferred.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience working in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of email and SMS campaigns from planning through deployment.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly promotional communication calendars.
• Develop compelling messaging across firearms, ammunition, accessories, and promotional offers.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, and automated customer journeys.
• Monitor deliverability, engagement, conversion, revenue, unsubscribe rates, and overall channel performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Catalog, Purchasing, and Creative teams to identify promotional opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across subject lines, offers, creative, timing, frequency, and audience segments.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to continuously improve engagement and revenue.
• Maintain a strong understanding of firearms industry products, brands, terminology, promotions, and customer behavior.
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all customer communications.
