Job summary

Claire's is seeking an Email and SMS Marketing Manager to lead the design, execution, and scaling of our email, SMS, and mobile wallet programs. You will architect journeys across Klaviyo and Vibes, driving loyalty and repeat purchases in a 900+ store footprint.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will optimize audience segmentation, ensure TCPA/CTIA compliance, and collaborate with loyalty, creative, and tech to maximize lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated email and SMS marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience building email and SMS programs and journeys.
• Strong analytical skills for multi-touch attribution and retention metrics.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first engagement for youth fashion/retail audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimize automated multi-channel journeys in Klaviyo.
• Design mobile wallet campaigns through Vibes, driving in-store and online redemptions.
• Partner with loyalty to integrate the program into messaging streams.
• Define targeted customer segments and manage list growth, opt-ins, deliverability.
• Monitor metrics like incremental revenue, CTR, conversion rates, churn.
