Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking an Email Campaign Manager to lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy and execution from Boston. You will own the SFMC roadmap, drive platform optimization, and deliver personalized, data-driven customer communications across email, SMS, and mobile channels.

You will manage a team, collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Analytics, and leverage Einstein recommendations to improve engagement and ROI. This role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience across Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and APIs for data-driven campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage backlogs in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead SFMC administration, configuration, and optimization for email, SMS, and mobile campaigns.
• Architect cross-channel solutions and manage integrations and data structures.
• Own product roadmap and backlog as SFMC Product Owner.
• Design multichannel journeys, run A/B tests, and optimize using Einstein features.
• Build dashboards tracking open rate, CTR, and conversions.
