CorVel Corporation is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns across channels. You will manage segmentation, nurture programs, and performance analysis to drive engagement and lead generation.

The role requires hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar tools, Salesforce familiarity, and strong collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar.
• Strong segmentation, personalization, and deliverability knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture programs, and events.
• Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for audience segmentation, list management, and campaign deployment.
• Collaborate with content, digital, and design teams to create email content aligned with objectives and brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and provide insights.
• Create and maintain automated nurture programs to support lead lifecycle and conversion goals.
• Ensure campaigns follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and accessibility best practices.
• Support A/B testing strategies for subject lines, send times, and targeting approaches.
• Maintain data quality and segmentation accuracy; troubleshoot list hygiene issues.
• Partner with Salesforce teams to align campaigns with CRM data and lead tracking.
• Document processes and train stakeholders on campaigns and workflows.
• Stay current on email marketing trends and platform updates.
