Job summary

LeadingResponse is seeking an Email Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The role is hands-on, executing email campaigns, designing templates, and using AI tools to iterate copy. You will work across legal and financial services brands and contribute to testing, segmentation, and performance-driven optimization.

The position offers hybrid work between Atlanta and Tampa locations with travel. A design-focused marketer with 3–4 years of experience and strong collaboration skills will

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns across all phases.
• Demonstrated ability to design email templates and ad creative independently without a dedicated design team.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude or similar) to generate and refine marketing copy.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation and email platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML as it applies to email templates.
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, CPA).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns from audience selection through scheduling, QA, and deployment.
• Design email templates independently with responsive layouts for mobile and desktop.
• Create ad creative for social and display channels from concept to production.
• Use AI tools to develop and iterate on copy for emails and assets.
• Maintain a library of HTML email templates, landing pages, and forms.
• Identify and manage email lists and segments by campaign to match messages.
• Build and execute an A/B testing calendar covering subject lines, segments, creative, offers, and CTAs.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into recommendations.
• Document email marketing processes and best practices for consistency.
• Stay current on deliverability standards and AI tool capabilities.
