Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer, Email to lead enterprise email and lifecycle campaigns using agentic workflows. You will translate brand guidelines into on-brand email systems, collaborate with Solutions Engineering on enterprise calls, and craft the creative voice that informs product decisions.

You will shape how top brands build email with AI, and oversee work delivered to millions of inboxes across campaigns and lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• Real lifecycle programs and email campaigns, with AI integration.
• Deep email design experience across lifecycle programs.
• Deep AI fluency with the latest models and tools.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating brand reviews.
• Lifecycle marketing literacy and understanding of engagement metrics.
• A demonstrated sense of taste and craft in email visuals and UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements with client teams.
• Set the creative bar to meet brand and product expectations.
• Drive performance through A/B tests and optimization of opens, clicks, and conversions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine workflows and model behavior.
• Document patterns and build a scalable playbook for future campaigns.
