As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns tailored to our B2B audience.

This position is virtual/remote, which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or U.S. Territories.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting B2B customers.
2. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and optimize email templates, automation journeys, and customer segmentation.
3. Create engaging email content in collaboration with content creators, including newsletters, product announcements, and event invitations.
4. Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
5. Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted messaging.
6. Develop and maintain automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
7. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
8. Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations.
9. Generate performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, performed from a home-based environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and trends.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Certifications/Training

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and other factors.
