Email Marketing Specialist (100% Remote)

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns tailored to our B2B audience.
This position is virtual/remote, meaning work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target B2B customers.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Utilize your knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, customize, and optimize email templates, automation journeys, and customer segmentation.
- Content Creation: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging email content, including newsletters, product announcements, and event invitations.
- A/B Testing: Conduct tests on subject lines, email copy, design, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.
- Segmentation: Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted messaging to B2B customer segments.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based emails to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and analyze data to provide insights for optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Reporting: Generate performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Emerging Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Relationships
- Work closely with key stakeholders across marketing and creative teams.
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, and responsibilities are performed from a home-based environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices and trends.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Certifications/Training
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
This role includes an annual incentive plan bonus and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, disability coverage, stock purchase plans, and life insurance. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $90,000 based on experience and skills.
