• Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.

• Coordinate business line stakeholders' technical requirements for simple projects and campaign execution.
• Conduct reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure approvals and documentation are completed.
• Maintain and update the email deployment calendar for timely execution.
• Serve as a resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures.
• Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize efficiency.
• Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for prioritization and reporting, including pivot tables and data analysis.

Payrate $41- $42 per hour

Job Description:

• The Email Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and tracking of email marketing campaigns and operational initiatives.
• This role partners with the project manager, business analyst, campaign managers, and business line stakeholders to help manage project intake, maintain schedules and documentation, support governance and review activities, and ensure campaigns move efficiently through established processes.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing project management and marketing operations expertise within a fast-paced environment
• Manage and prioritize incoming marketing campaign requests through Workfront.
• Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up details with stakeholders.
• Support project management activities for marketing technology initiatives and special projects.
• Partner with business line stakeholders to gather technical requirements for simple projects and coordinate campaign execution.
• Conduct reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure required controls, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed.
• Manage Digital Property Inventory tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures.
• Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.
• Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.
• Maintain and update the email deployment calendar to support timely campaign execution.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements, particularly within Workfront. Experience with similar project management tools such as Jira is highly desirable.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to assist with prioritization and reporting, including creating pivot tables, analyzing data, and applying complex formulas.
• Monitor team workload and capacity to help ensure projects are appropriately prioritized and resourced.
