Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Content Specialist to join our CRM/email programs on a 100% remote basis. This contract role lasts 6-12 months and focuses on crafting compelling recruitment content and lifecycle communications.

You will leverage writing and content skills, CRM experience, and a portfolio to drive candidate engagement. AI/GenAI experience is a plus as we scale our employer branding efforts across multiple channels.
