Made4net is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own hands-on email campaigns and automation in HubSpot while coordinating marketing projects. The role is remote in the USA and split around 70% email marketing and 30% project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in email marketing, strong HubSpot expertise, and the ability to collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
5+ years of email marketing and automation with HubSpot.
Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub knowledge (email, lists, segmentation, reporting).
Experience building drip campaigns and automated nurture workflows.
Understanding of deliverability, data hygiene, and compliance best practices.
Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
Able to manage multiple marketing projects with PM tools.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing Execution & Automation: manage emails, workflows, campaigns, forms, and lists in HubSpot.
Email Performance & Optimization: track deliverability, engagement, and conversions; create dashboards/Reports.
Marketing Project Coordination: oversee timelines, owners, dependencies, and status updates.
