Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Email Programmer – Email Marketing to design, code, and deploy responsive email campaigns. You will develop mobile-friendly templates using HTML and CSS, collaborating with CRM, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.

You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, work with customer data for segmentation and personalization, and implement dynamic content to boost engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, email programming, or digital marketing.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Experience with CRM or customer relationship management environment.
• Prior experience with email campaigns in hospitality/ casino/ hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong expertise in HTML and CSS with proven experience designing and coding responsive email templates.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Adobe Campaign/Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Code and design high-quality, mobile-friendly email templates using HTML, CSS, and industry-standard email platforms.
• Collaborate with CRM, creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with brand standards and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience selection, workflow development, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
• Work with customer data to build targeted audiences, segmentation strategies, and support marketing targeting.
• Implement dynamic content, personalization, and customer journey requirements to enhance engagement.
• Maintain and update email templates and coding practices for efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on email development best practices, accessibility, and industry trends.
