Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Email Programmer – Email Marketing to design, code, and deploy responsive email templates using HTML and CSS. You will collaborate with CRM, creative, and external partners to ensure campaigns are visually engaging and aligned with brand standards across devices.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license as required by law or policy.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, email programming, or digital marketing.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or casino industry is preferred.
• Prior experience with email campaigns in a CRM environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Adobe Campaign/Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar.
• Strong expertise in HTML and CSS, with proven experience designing and coding responsive email templates.
• Proficient in testing emails across devices and clients for deliverability.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Code and design mobile-friendly email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with CRM, creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with brand standards and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience selection, workflow development, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
• Work with customer data to build targeted audiences and segmentation strategies.
• Test across devices and email clients; troubleshoot issues to ensure rendering and deliverability.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization to enhance engagement.
• Maintain and update coding practices for efficiency and quality.
• Stay current with email development best practices and accessibility standards.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to support tool integrations and enhancements.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies.
• Ensure data privacy compliance in handling customer data.
