Job summary

Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our email program while expanding engagement across SMS and WhatsApp. The role combines strategy, technology, and creativity to deliver impactful campaigns for healthcare professionals worldwide.

You will own execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, develop audience segmentation, build automated journeys, and maximize HubSpot capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing email marketing programs, preferably using HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation, workflow development, and email deliverability best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns in HubSpot with brand consistency and positive user experience.
• Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies using demographic, behavioral, and engagement data.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and build dashboards to translate data into actionable recommendations.
