Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including email, SMS and push notifications. You will develop campaigns, segment audiences and analyze results across Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s channels.

The role requires strong digital marketing skills, HTML/CSS familiarity and experience with data-driven optimization. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Public Relations.
• Experience with email marketing, SMS, or push notification messaging preferred.
• Experience with HTML and/or CSS.
• Experience in database marketing and segmentation, loyalty programs, data mining.

• Drives email and multi-channel campaigns from ideation to deployment.
• Analyzes email performance to maximize sales potential.
