About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned cold email strategist who can combine traditional email outreach tactics with
the power of AI and automation tools. You'll be responsible for creating effective email campaigns,
leveraging AI-powered generators, using lead scraping technologies, and adhering to current tech rules
and regulations in outreach. This is a hands-on role requiring both creativity and technical knowledge.

What You'll Do:

• Craft high-converting cold emails: Write persuasive, personalized emails that generate
  engagement and drive leads.
• Use AI-driven tools: Utilize AI email generators (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhancecopywriting, ensuring high-quality, scalable outreach.
• Leverage lead scraping tools: Use modern tools to scrape job listings, databases, and LinkedInprofiles (e.g., Hunter.io, PhantomBuster) to find high-quality leads and target prospects.
• Email campaign execution: Use automation platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, Mailshake, Outreach)to run targeted campaigns and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tech rules: Stay up to date on the latest rules and regulations in emailoutreach, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy guidelines, ensuring all outreachadheres to industry standards.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns: Use A/B testing, data analysis, and tracking tools to improve
  email open rates, responses, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team: Work with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with
• broader business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience with cold sales emails, AI tools, and lead scraping technologies.
• Tech-savvy: Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and other content generators, as well as scraping and prospecting platforms (e.g., Hunter.io, PhantomBuster).
• Sales tools proficiency: Strong working knowledge of outreach automation tools like Lemlist,Apollo, Outreach, and Mailshake.
• Regulatory knowledge: A strong understanding of current email outreach regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and anti-spam laws.
• Strong copywriting: Ability to write compelling email copy that resonates with target prospectsand generates responses.
• Data-driven mindset: Experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance and optimizingfor higher success rates.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and implement new tech tools, staying ahead of trends in theever-evolving world of sales outreach.
