Job summary

Oak View Group in Austin is seeking an Email Designer to craft brand-consistent marketing emails for a portfolio of arenas and venues. You will also assist with select digital creative projects across the Premium Revenue Marketing Team.

The role reports to the Manager of Graphic Design, collaborating with marketing and sales to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive premium revenue and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent portfolio.
• 2–3 years in graphic design within marketing/creative environments.
• Strong typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build brand-consistent marketing emails for multiple venues.
• Support creative projects including social graphics and decks.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams to translate briefs into visuals.
• Adapt designs across venue brands while maintaining brand guidelines.
