Job summary

Oak View Group in Austin seeks an Email Designer to create brand-consistent emails and support digital creative projects across arenas and venues. You will work with the marketing and sales teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that meet business objectives.

The role emphasizes designing for multiple venue brands, collaboration, and expertise in HTML/CSS and email systems. This is a full-time position based in OVG's Austin office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent portfolio-based experience.
• 2–3 years in marketing graphic design.
• Strong typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven portfolio across digital, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for emails and responsive design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and build visually engaging email campaigns for multiple venues.
• Support other creative projects (social graphics, decks, digital assets).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to translate briefs.
• Adapt designs across venue brands maintaining guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects, revisions, asset libraries, and timelines.
