Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Associate Marketing Manager, Email & Digital Channels to own the email channel for Global Risk Solutions North America commercial insurance. You will lead strategy, end-to-end execution, and performance optimization across email and digital experiences, partnering with marketing, creative, and MarTech teams to drive business outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, journey design in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaboration across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated channel ownership
• Hands-on SFMC experience including journeys, A/B testing, data extensions, governance
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Own the email channel strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Lead end-to-end email execution from planning to deployment and reporting.
• Manage email calendar, frequency, and audience targeting.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to support campaign goals.
• Lead A/B testing and apply learnings to improve performance.
• Ensure SFMC governance, data extensions, suppression lists, and sender reputation.
• Collaborate with creative services to maintain branded emails and templates.
• Provide insights and recommendations from performance data to partners.
