The role requires hands-on SFMC experience, journey design, A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with creative services, enterprise platform partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization.
• Experience with email marketing and digital channels.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Own email marketing strategy and end-to-end execution.
• Design and optimize journeys in SFMC.
• Lead A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Govern SFMC data extensions and list management.
