Job summary

Merkle in California is seeking an Email Account Coordinator to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. You will drive email and production execution, coordinate meetings, track jobs, and maintain account documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in client services or account management in advertising or marketing, knowledge of creative development and digital marketing, and experience with email platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client services/account management experience in advertising or marketing.
• Knowledge of creative development, digital marketing, email platforms, client management, multitasking skills, and intermediate Excel.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns and production tasks.
• Coordinate meetings and track job progress.
