Job summary

Hiebing is seeking a curious, detail‑oriented Digital Coordinator to support day‑to‑day email and messaging programs across a client portfolio. You’ll assist with campaign setup, QA, audience management, deployment and reporting while learning from experienced digital strategists and technologists.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and designers, grow expertise in CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing, and contribute to projects with a hands‑on approach that evolves into a larger role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or related role.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn, experiment and tackle new challenges.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to incorporate AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with strategists, designers, developers and Digital team members to deliver accurate, high‑quality work for clients.
• Build and configure email and messaging campaigns across platforms, including setup, personalization and A/B testing.
• Support audience segmentation and management, including lists, targeting, suppression rules and deployment requirements.
• Conduct detailed QA of email creative, links, tracking, targeting and automated journeys, and support campaign deployment.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and timelines, maintaining documentation, checklists and status updates.
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance monitoring and insights identification.
• Make ongoing website and CMS content updates.
• Support additional digital marketing execution needs as they arise.
• Use AI and other tools to improve efficiency, quality and problem‑solving.
