Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a junior-to-mid-level Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Project Manager to support email and app campaigns from our San Diego, CA office. The role emphasizes calendar management, cross-functional coordination, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate campaign launches, drive the proofing and approval process with stakeholders, and partner with App, CRM, and Database Marketing teams, using Smartsheet and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and coordination.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple email and app marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain and coordinate campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring campaign details and timelines are accurate and up to date.
• Circulate campaign deliverables for proofing, editing, and approval by the respective teams; track feedback and follow up on pending items.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities, flag issues, and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Work within marketing and workflow tools, including Litmus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other platforms, to support campaign coordination, quality assurance, and execution.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and marketing materials.
• Assist with report generation and presentation preparation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Email and App marketing teams.
