Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Consultant, Digital Marketing to lead data-driven digital campaigns across channels, partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams. You will build automated emails, nurture leads, and track ROI using SFMC/Pardot and related tools.

The role supports the Pharmaceutical and Specialty Solutions segment with a hybrid work schedule and on-site Dublin presence one day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in related field preferred.
• 2-5 years hands-on digital marketing experience with strong execution focus.
• Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms required.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and report metrics across channels.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives and recommend campaigns and AI-enabled tactics across digital channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute campaigns supporting business goals.
• Design and optimize automated email campaigns and customer journeys in SFMC/Pardot.
• Leverage automation for lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression.
• Support AI-powered tools to boost campaign performance and efficiency.
• Manage content updates in CMS and ensure accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Analyze performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships for digital marketing execution.
• Collaborate with Site Operations and Analytics to ensure best practices for SEO and privacy.
