Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in related field preferred.
• 2-5 years hands-on digital marketing with focus on technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and recommend campaign, automation, and AI-enabled tactics across digital channels.
• Design, build, and optimize automated email campaigns and customer journeys in SFMC or Pardot.
• Leverage marketing automation for lead scoring and nurturing, aligned with sales goals.
• Support AI-driven tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Site Ops and Analytics to ensure accessible and data‑quality journeys.
