Job summary

Chelsea Public Schools is seeking staff to participate in the English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC) districtwide for SY26-27. This stipend position is part-time, with hourly contractual rates, and reports to the ELL leadership for the district.

Location is TBD, and applicants must be CPS personnel ready to lead family engagement efforts. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating ELPAC meetings with the MLE Director and Assistant Director, and coordinating monthly sessions for

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multilingual education and multilingual learners.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Open to internal CPS staff (teachers, paraprofessionals or administrators).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to develop and execute a plan for engaging parents in the CPS ELPAC.
• Co-facilitate ELPAC meetings with the MLE Director and Assistant Director.
• Attend monthly meetings for the 2025-2026 school year and facilitate at least 5 meetings in 2025-26.
