Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead for ELN/LIMS implementation in the Life Sciences sector. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, QA, IT, and vendors to deliver compliant laboratory informatics solutions.

You will gather requirements, create specs, map processes, validate systems, and guide stakeholders through deployment in regulated environments. Remote role in the United States with possible travel for workshops and testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences or related field.
8+ years delivering Life Sciences or regulated project technology.
Experience leading ELN/LIMS implementations in lab environments.
Strong requirements gathering, functional specs and process mapping.
Solid understanding of GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Experience with UAT, validation, change control and compliance docs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ELN/LIMS implementation projects from planning to deployment.
Glean, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements with stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories and functional specs with traceability.
Support configuration, data migration, and adoption activities for deployment.
Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, defect management and validated deliverables in regulated settings.
