Responsive Education Solutions 023 - Founders Classical Academy of Carrollton, TX is seeking an ESL Coordinator to oversee ESL services for ELL students. You will work with administrators and teachers to meet educational needs and ensure compliance with ESL regulations.

The role requires HQ with a Texas ESL certificate, strong instructional skills, and ability to train staff. Immediate start with full-time hours and ongoing professional collaboration across campus.

Formación

• HQ with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Texas ESL teaching certificate or ESL endorsement.
• Teaching experience in the assigned grade level is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with campus administration to identify ESL-eligible students.
• Schedule and conduct Language Proficiency Assessment Committee meetings.
• Provide staff training in ESL strategies for teachers.
• Deliver individual and group instruction for English Language Learners.
• Monitor student progress using benchmarks and reports.
• Prepare and maintain ELL Rosters and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with state mandated assessments.
• Serve as campus ESL resource and trainer for staff.
• Develop IEPs in collaboration with Special Education.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to parents.
