Job summary

Qualifications

• Texas Teacher Certification with ESL and/or Bilingual credentials.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years ESL/bilingual teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to establish objectives for student learning and teacher development.
• Provide ESL staff development for teachers, administrators, and staff.
• Observe instruction and provide coaching to teachers to improve practice and implement ESL strategies.
• Develop curriculum support materials and lesson plans aligning with TEA guidelines.
• Plan and implement language-focused instruction and LPAC-related processes.
