Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking an ELL After School Site Coordinator to support K-5 EL students at Graham and Parks. You will provide academic instruction and language development support within the after-school program, coordinating with teachers, family liaisons, and support staff to create a safe, engaging learning environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years working with EL students; proficiency in English and another language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with EL students in linguistically diverse or urban school setting.
• Proficiency in English and a language other than English is preferred, although not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage student registration for the after-school program.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including bus schedules.
• Find substitute teachers when necessary and step in to substitute as needed.
• Assist ELL After School teachers in managing students during the program.
• Support ELL After School teachers in coordinating materials and snacks for the program.
