Reformation is seeking a Wardrobe Consultant in Kansas City to drive personal sales, master clienteling, and deliver elevated styling experiences. You’ll manage a private book of business, host private appointments, and lead styling with a white-glove service while upholding store standards and sustainability messaging.

You’ll work as a keyholder, opening/closing, coaching teammates, and maintaining top-tier VM and customer experience. This role emphasizes growth and a career in premium retail.

Competenze

• 2–3 years in a high-volume luxury/premium retail role with a track record of meeting or exceeding SPH and sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence for building rapport with diverse clients.
• Wardrobe styling expertise and ability to edit collections for clients’ body type, occasion, and style.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a career-focused approach to retail.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed sales goals with high SPH and KPI focus.
• Build and manage a personal client book using Endear and other tools to drive repeat business.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder, ensuring operations and visual standards are maintained.
