Reformation is seeking a Full Time Sales Lead in Costa Mesa to drive performance, client engagement, and wardrobe curation within a premium retail environment. You will own your local book of business, lead styling sessions, and deliver elevated service to build lifelong client relationships.

You will manage opening/closing, uphold brand standards, and mentor the team while leveraging Endear for clienteling and appointments. Competitive hourly pay reflects experience with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume, sales-driven luxury/premium retail environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong styling ability to curate head-to-toe looks for clients.
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with career focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and revenue by meeting/exceeding sales goals and optimizing Sales Per Hour (SPH).
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalised service for every client.
• Maintain excellent customer feedback scores (NPS) through elevated service.
• Lead styling consultations and wardrobe planning for clients' seasonal needs.
• Open and close the store, uphold operations and visuals.
• Coordinate handovers to ensure seamless service during shifts.
• Coach teammates to align with Ref service model and standards.
