Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (Full-Time)
• Minimum 2 years in banking or allied financial services
• Prior exposure to CASA handling or virtual relationship management preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a mapped portfolio of Current Account customers via virtual interactions
• Deepen relationships to improve wallet share and CASA balances
• Cross-sell banking products and onboard to Relationship Banking/Preferred programs
• Coordinate with branches to close working capital and loan transactions
• Support audit requirements and contribute to process improvements
