Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business or commercial banking or lending.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and tax returns.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within an existing client base.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage an assigned portfolio of business customers including business term loans, commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, and business deposit relationships.
• Proactively manage portfolio performance through delinquency monitoring, outbound client contact, and coordination with Credit Administration and internal partners.
• Identify need-based sales opportunities and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, including treasury/cash management, merchant services, insurance, investment, and retail referrals.
• Execute an individual business plan aligned to production, activity, and portfolio growth expectations.
