Viejas Casino & Resort in Alpine, CA seeks a VIP Host to greet Gold Tier guests and deliver world-class service on the casino floor and at the myViejas desks. You will build relationships, manage bookings, and ensure a seamless guest experience aligned with marketing strategies.

The role includes recruiting new myViejas Club members, coordinating with Player Development for issue resolution, and maintaining confidentiality of guest information while staying visible during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• 1 year of working in casino preferred.
• Strong guest service skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet VIP guests at myViejas desks and on the casino floor, delivering personalized service.
• Build strong relationships to encourage incremental trips and play.
• Make bookings and reservations for guests, and arrange shuttle, taxi, and hotel needs.
• Identify VIPs and promote myViejas Club rewards; recruit new members.
• Input and retrieve guest data accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with Player Development and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Remain visible on the casino floor and participate in events.
