Job summary

Prophecy Technologies Corp is seeking a Senior L3 Executive/VIP Desktop Support technician to deliver discreet, proactive white-glove support to C-suite, board members, and VIPs. You will handle complex, high-impact issues and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities include L3 escalation, cross-platform support (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365), and workstation engineering using Intune, SCCM/MECM, AD, PowerShell, and endpoint security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Desktop Support with VIP/C-level experience.
• Strong L3 escalation and advanced troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, PowerShell, and endpoint security.
• Executive-level communication, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 escalation and end-to-end VIP support.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Perform workstation engineering using Intune, SCCM/MECM, AD, PowerShell, and endpoint security.
• Support Teams, Zoom, Webex, executive A/V, boardrooms, and high-stakes meetings.
• Manage VVIP loaner devices and executive endpoint readiness.
• Troubleshoot networking issues: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Work with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams on critical issues.
• Maintain ServiceNow/ITSM, SLAs, and documentation.
