Job summary

Towne Park in The Villages, FL seeks a friendly Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and information about local amenities.

You will work AM/PM/OVN shifts, maintain accurate ticketing, and ensure safety and efficiency. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One month related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and issue/collect tickets and keys.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions to guests.
