Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Ultra High Net Worth Private Client in the New York Metro Region. You will manage sophisticated personal insurance programs for high-net-worth families, providing strategic risk management, renewal negotiation, and claims advocacy.

You will work closely with family offices, trusted advisors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of personal lines insurance experience, with concentration in HNW/UHNW Private Client account management.
• Current applicable insurance license(s).
• Strong technical knowledge of personal property and casualty coverage and policy language.
• Polished written and verbal communication with UHNW clients and advisors.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail in a high-touch environment.
• Ability to work across account management, production, claims and carrier relationships.
• Experience with Applied Systems and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship and ongoing service for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW Private Client accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive annual exposure and limit reviews, updating assets and risk profiles.
• Develop renewal strategy and lead remarketing, including underwriting submissions and negotiations.
• Evaluate policy forms, terms, limits, deductibles, exclusions and enhancements; communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate multi-policy personal programs (multiple residences, autos, collections, yachts).
• Provide proactive claims counseling and advocacy with carriers and advisors.
• Handle day-to-day service needs including coverage changes and billing queries.
• Identify opportunities for higher limits or better terms and risk-management solutions.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and carrier partners for coordinated service.
• Collaborate with producers, families offices, and advisors for a high-touch experience.
