Job summary

Crane 1 Services is seeking a seasoned Sales Hunter for the Ohio market to drive outside B2B sales in crane services. You will quote, prospect, and lead generate, building relationships with plant managers and decision-makers to win uptime and safety solutions.

The role offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary of $80k–$85k plus aggressive commissions, car allowance, and full benefits. Successful candidates are self-motivated, highly communicative, and adept at CRM-driven pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.
