AegisAI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire exceptional builders across Engineering, GTM/Sales, and Operations. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with founders to define ideal profiles and hiring bars.

In this high-visibility, startup-speed role you’ll run hyper-personalized outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, GitHub, X and other networks, articulate our tech stack and mission, and drive fast interview cycles with top talent.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience sourcing for technical roles and/or business roles.
• Ability to articulate our tech stack and mission.
• Self-starter who tests, adapts, and hits pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM/Sales, and Operations.
• Hunt top talent via personalized outbound campaigns on LinkedIn, GitHub, X, and networks.
• Partner with founders and leaders to define profiles and hiring bars.
• Explain the company's tech and mission to candidates.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experiences and fast interview schedules.
