Job summary

AegisAI in the United States is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire exceptional builders across Engineering, GTM/Sales, and Operations. You will drive talent pipelines from outbound reach to offer negotiation, acting as a partner to founders and leaders.

You’ll conduct hyper-personalized sourcing, pitch AegisAI’s vision, and move quickly with high-touch candidate experiences. This role rewards creativity, speed, and a startup-paced mindset in a rapidly evolving AI

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Multi-disciplinary sourcing for software, AI, and business roles.
• High agency and relentless execution with pipeline targets.
• Technical and business literacy to discuss engineering and GTM needs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations.
• Run hyper-personalized outbound sourcing campaigns to engage top talent.
• Partner with founders and leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring bars.
• Communicate our tech stack and vision to candidates and drive fast feedback loops.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experiences and tight interview schedules.
