Job summary

Invited Clubs in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Swim Coach to develop and train the club’s swimming activities and provide private lessons to members and guests. You will work with the aquatics team to create engaging practices, supervise sessions, ensure safety, and promote the club’s programs while upholding Star Service standards.

A minimum of 3 years coaching, ASCA/USA Swimming certification, and current CPR/First Aid/AED are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years coaching swimmers.
• ASCA or USA Swimming certified.
• CPR, First Aid and AED within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members regularly and promote aquatic club activities.
• Provide towels and water service during members’ use of the aquatic facilities.
• Promote the facility, programs, and the club while maintaining professionalism.
• Assist in designing swim practices and supervise the group.
• Attend swimming meets and warm‑up sessions as scheduled.
• Oversee daily setup of pool for training and keep areas accessible.
• Maintain club standards and Star Service Focus in aquatics facilities.
