Job summary

Invited Clubs in Florida is seeking a dedicated Swim Coach to support the development and training of the club’s swimming activities, and provide individual lessons to members and guests. You will work with the Aquatics team to maintain a safe, engaging, and high-quality instructional environment.

The role requires 3+ years of coaching experience, ASCA or USA Swimming certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification within the last 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
• ASCA or USA Swimming certification.
• CPR, first aid, and AED certification within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members regularly and promote aquatic club activities.
• Create personalized experience for members by providing towels and water service.
• Promote facility amenities and programs while maintaining professionalism and service.
