Qualifications

• Must maintain a physical presence at Village facilities to perform duties.
• Lifeguard or USA Swimming Coach certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain members by delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and pride.
• Interact with employees, members and guests per Village Standards.
• Organize club aquatic events and programs.
• Work with Aquatics Director to develop clinics and lessons.
• Recruit and engage members in swim meets and programs.
• Prepare tools and area 15 minutes before instruction.
• Maintain inventory of swim supplies and equipment.
• Attend swim meets as directed by head coach.
• Keep pool area clean and orderly.
• Share duties as assigned.
