Job summary

The role focuses on hair services, makeup, and retail sales, while supporting the Experience Manager and maintaining high standards of service and compliance. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair cutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Deliver high-quality professional services with emphasis on guest look and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed service sales and productivity goals while supporting store initiatives.
• Work with skin therapists and retail team to provide a total-store experience.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings for ongoing professional development.
