Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services that enhance the guest experience. You will drive sales through product recommendations and maintain exceptional service standards across the salon.

This role requires a Cosmetology license and prior related experience, with opportunities for personal growth and development within a supportive team. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lighting, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support events, promotions and in-store marketing to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and procedures.
