Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and deliver high-quality services including cuts, color and styling. This role emphasizes guest service, product recommendations, and meeting service sales targets in a busy salon environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Cosmetology license, has prior salon experience, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Participation in trainings and adherence to safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services and ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store targets.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and infection control procedures and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
