Responsibilities

Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup and brow services (where applicable).
Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales and guest loyalty.
Demonstrate products and participate in in-store events to enhance guest experience.
Serve guests promptly and develop relationships with clients and skin therapists for a total-store experience.
Follow safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines; maintain store and salon cleanliness.
