Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role emphasizes delivering quality professional services and driving service and retail sales while maintaining a polished, compliant salon environment.

The candidate will work with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, focusing on guest experience, productivity, and brand standards. A cosmetology license and prior experience are required.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, brow services and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to overall store goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and overall salon cleanliness and safety standards.
